Whats cheapest on the Isle of Als ?

Hi there,
we are going to Als for our hols in August
since we are on a limited budget can you tell me the best supermarkets for food shopping, also cheap snack places,
anything of interst to keep costs down and enjoy our stay

the supermarkets: netto,fakta and aldi are the cheapest.
if you wanna eat out, then the chinese take aways and the turkish pizza places are the cheapest,
sonerdorg has quite good nightlife for a town of it's size, due to a high student population and compatition is strong.
because of that the prices are lower than most towns in denmark.

thanks for your answer more specificly we'll be staying near Nordborg can you tell me where the nearest ( and cheapest supermarker is or is it better to go to sonderborg ?

i don't really know nordborg, but you wont save much money buy doing your shopping in sonderborg.
i guess you are there to work for danfoss then.

Hi,
No , Im on holiday there for a couple of weeks and wanted to make the most of the time
Could you recommend anything realy worth seeing, we love to explore while being on a limited budget......

Oh yes what kind of temperature is likely for the last for mid August ?

it's likely to be around 20 degrees celcius in august.

sonderborg is a nice town and also augusteborg is a nice town with a nice castle.
next to sonderborg is dybbol. a very important place in danish history.
there is a ferry from fynshav to the island of fyn, if you want to see what is probaply the most scenic castle in denmark,egeskov.
