Hello. What do you mean with Security situation? If you going to the City you are very find, if you going to the city bad places in Cochabamba, dont use any jewlery kids on the streets can pull your neckless ( just color gold) regaless your NECK or ears and Pain, and run with your gold or fake neckless.
If you going to country side... depends where?! you may need a vacunation. against fiber..many illness. just asked before you go. GOod luck enjoy my country, and emailme if you have anyquestion Veronica
