i'm a girl from thailand and I will go to Poznan, Poland at the end of September and stay for 7 day. However i never go to Poland before. Please help me :-)
How is about Lech Poznan Hotel? and How go to the hotel from Lawica airport?
How is to take tram or Bus in Poznan?
What's the climate at the time I go to Poznan.

the Hotel you are asking is quite ok. it is located in the main city centre which is very comfortable. Lawica airport is 7km from Poznan centre and you can go by bus or taxi. For public buses in Poznan look at http://www.mpk.poznan.pl/
When you click SCHEMAT SIECI - you can print a map of bus-lines and trams as well.
September weather is colder than summer. It can be raining but still more than 15 C.

Hi Manutchung. No, I am from Warsaw... sorry, don't know where is that Institute you look for (map of poznan http://www.city.poznan.pl/mim/strony/index_czesci.html?lang=pl&id_cz=6028). In Poznan you must see Old Town which is close to your hotel. If you look for communistic architecture go outside of the city centre... or you can find Okraglak http://www.kapio.de/poz/img/POZ67P.HTML which is in the main street with your hotel. Anyway if you want more communistic style you should rather visit Warsaw. Poznan was not destroyed in the time of war... If you want to visit Cracow you should think about staying at any hotel there... one way train trip is more than 6 hours... Good luck. M

It takes 5h and 53 minutes to get from Poznan to Krakow with Express train "Wielkopolanin". First class ticket without discount cost about 25 Euros (120 PLN), second class without discount as well cost about 18 Euros (80 PLN).
