Pse help. Am wanting to visit Greenland as a very special trip coming from South Africa, in December/January 04/05. Need to know how best to get there from Europe, CHEAPEST pse, and also what else to do in Greenland around the Ice Hotel area... prices if possible,and ideas, and obviously any good tips would be appreciated. Many thanks... Maybe I need to look into the Ice Hotel in Sweden... any sugestions which is best?

hello there in South Africa! no cheap way to go to greenland. nothing cheap in greenland. if you are looking for an ice-hotel you should try continental europe for cheaper solution. if you just want visit an ice hotel, it is (was) free in finland (lapland), i soppose it is free other places as well. if you think about accomodation... start saving. regarding visiting: the most economical way is to admit for an employment (i wish you luck) so you do not have to pay for the travel & room. as i does not work, go on the summer: admit to work on a ship going from denmark to greenland, work hard and be paid. usually there are any openings like this, so try to travel on that ship and pay for it.
