I'll have to go to Aalborg in august and i was wondering if the nightleif is the same as the rest of the year. The rest of the year was wonderful expecially june but i have never been in august.
I'm a little afraid to find it empty because the people go to warmer places during the summer. Thanks Bye Bye |

Main holiday season in Denmark is July so there should be plenty of people around. On the negative side counts that university first starts in September so many of the students will probably not be in Aalborg. All in all I think you should be ok. There is always people in Jomfru Ane Gade.

Many people in Northern Jutland party in Løkken or Blokhus during the summer months including August. That's two small beach resorts about 30 min drive to the north-west from Aalborg.
Still as stated there will always be people in Jomfru Ane Gade, but if you can I would suggest to go to the beach.

Still, if there are no Danes, I'm sure there will be plenty of Swedes coming by ferry from Göteborg :-))) Stena Line sell plenty of packages to Ålborg...
