I highly recommend Roberto Mendez in Potosi (see my General Tips under Potosi). I don't think he has a website but his e-mail is roberto_pioneer@hotmail.com. Another possibility is Fremen tours. They have a representative in Potosi (see my General Tips Bolivia).
