Essaouira in September?

Hi

Could anyone tell me if September (2nd half of the month) would be a good time to visit? What would the weather be like? Good for beach chilling and water sports?

Is surfing the only activity that can be done here, or is there other stuff? Is there anything to see snorkelling or is the Atlantic too big and cold?!

The weather should be perfect. In Essaouira, the ocean is never very warm and the wind is nearly always blowing. You seem to know that ! Wind surf, surf and snorkelling are all three possible. Also wind cart (char à voile)
