Cheap Accomodation in paris for 3 days

Dear,
I'm student and i prepare to visit paris in the early of July with 5 friends together. However, we got a problem in accomodation in paris becoz it's so expensive. Can you guys recommend us some EXTREME CHEAP accomodation?
By the way, is it better to book in the tourist office after i arrived Paris?

Don't go to Paris without some kind of accommodation, at least for the first night. We relied on someone's advice to book at the tourist office at the airport when we arrived and it was a big mistake. The tourist office actually found us two rooms, confirmed by phone, but by the time we got to the hotel, they had given them to someone else. We were 7 people, dragging our bags from hotel to hotel in the freezing rain. Finally, we found something, but it was pretty much of a dump and we paid a fortune for it.

Hi,

The cheapest I've found in Paris is Auberge des Jeunes à Paris, www.aijparis.com. €14 for a bunk bed a night. Seems alright, I've booked there for the end of July, but I've never been teher so I don't have any guarantees as far as tidyness etc goes.

I just booked a budget hotel near disney called Akena Meaux Mareuil which has worked out brilliantly, give it a go!!

Visit www.hotelformule1.com and search for Paris..There are 7 hotels in Paris, two are 29euros per room (three beds), on 31euros, one 33euros and the rest 38euros.
