Hi, i will be in sharm El Sheik from the 16th may till 23rd may 2004, i would love to visit the piramids with my friends, whats the easiest and affordable way to get there? thank you all from Nadia

I reckon the easiest way is to fly. Otherwise it could take you hours to drive or train it!
Either way you will need more than a day there and back.

Just read the other comments on this subject in this forum.
You can go there by bus or taxi. Bus is the cheapest way. It will take you about the same amount of time as flying, but will be cheaper. And the former poster is right! Cairo deserves more than one day!! Love, Dora.

we only live once and time is very subgective, therefore i will choose the option of the day trip cause maybe i will never have the chance to go back to Egypt, who knows...Thank you very much for your help

You can get a delta bus from sharm & it will take around 8 hrs to arrive in cairo. It will cost around 60-70 egyptian pounds Regards Pat
