Long term stay in Mannheim....need accomodations

Myself and two workmates will be coming to Mannheim and staying for 3 months. We are looking for a hotel in the 60 Euro per day area or better. Does anyone have phone or fax numbers of any hotels or even gasthaus' that could handle three guest each with separate rooms>>

That's a small town just outside of Mannheim,but cheaper. Good public transportation.
EZ means single room, DZ double.
