Finally! A VT meeting in Madrid with more than 3 people! ;-) Eva is the one who hangs out a lot over Chueca, so I will wait for her suggestions regarding restaurants... I personally would prefer to try a new place like Azul Profundo or Wok Cafe (never been there, but the critiques of both places are quite good!)

After some deliberation, we propose to meet at Pulcinella (Calle Regueros, 7) at 22:30 this Friday night. It is a nice, inexpensive Italian restaurant in the Chueca area. Everybody agree with that?

They should, Joaquín, though I'm not quite sure, as this was Sonia's recommendation. Anyway, the place has some good critiques:
“Directamente desde Italia
Pulcinella es un restaurante italiano que ofrece platos de gran calidad. Los productos los reciben todas las semanas desde Italia, tanto la comida como el vino. Tienes una amplia variedad de pizzas, hechas al horno de leña, pasta fresca, escalopines, verduras... Una auténtica delicia.”
And it not particularly expensive. A good option for a VT hang out, imho :-)

i am happy is inexpensive , i have no money and azul profundo es carísimooooooo, i was there once and it's like 45 or 50 € so better this option , i've never buen there!!, i guess we have to reserve, who is the on who is doing the reservation?

Hi To all, when is that dinner? the 12th of may or the 30th of April?
I've never been on any of those but would love to meet travellers. well, if you accept one more. If the dinner is tomorow, I'm not sure I could go but the 12th is another story. please let me know.

Don Zoko (C/ Echegaray) is nice and cheap. Musashi (C/ Conchas) aka "Japotalego" is nce and cheap as well. Tao and Kabuki are more expensive, Robata is expensive. Indochina is nice, but it's not japanese rather Thai/Vietnamese... Wok café is nice as well, but it's not exactly japanese either.

hi,
it was getting confused, but now it´s clear again...finally...good...no problem.
see you all tonight 10.30 at the pulchinella pimpinella or whatever, i love italian food.
For the next vt meeting, i agree with petit prince, the Donzoko it´s nice and cheap, and located in Huertas, so everything is fine. I miss japanese food, and you know why, i have just returned from japan, after 12 days there, no other food, only japanese, rice rice but rico rico!!!

Pulcinella accepted our reservation at 21:30, as they were fully booked for 22:30 :-( Is everybody ok with the new hour? If not, we should find another restaurant/bareto for the meeting... A good option in this case is La Panza es Primero (Mexican taquería, Calle Libertad, 33)
