Is the Bronx a bad place to move if you are white and are not from ny?

No. There are plenty of whites living there without any problems and plenty who didn't grow up in NY. One of the more exclusive neighborhoods in all of NYC is in the Bronx: Riverdale. Other nice neighborhoods include Pelham, City Island, Woodlawn and many others. There's also a great Little Italy in the Bronx off Fordham Road along Arthur and Hughes Avenues.
True, there are some pretty bad areas, but not the whole borough.

Do you know what neighborhood you're thinking about?

I live in City Island and I am moving to Phoenix Arizona.

The Bronx is about 50% Hispanic and 20% White and 30% Black.

It has a very high crime rate!

If I were a White Man (and I am) I would live in Country Club or City Island or Riverdale.

It is filled with such pockets or enclaves of White people.

This is the Bronx, Only the strong survive!
