Hi, coming over in June for honeymoon. What's the most romantic spot in Jasper for our first nights meal?

Try Becker's Gourmet Restaurant - a five minute drive south of Jasper townsite (ask for a window table when making reservations)

OR

Dine at one of the 4 dining rooms at Jasper Park Lodge.

Websites:

Becker's -

Jasper Park Lodge is a Fairmont Hotel:

There really is only one place you should go if you want a romantic setting and backdrop to compliment the ambient mood and occasion:

and that is,

The Jasper Park Lodge.

The view from the terrace (see picture on my Jasper page) is inspiring, not to mention that the lodge itself is situated away from the touristy commercialism of the downtown Jasper townsite. You can cozy all you want here, go for a nice after-dinner walk around the lake, and just bask in the glow of being in one the most beautiful and romantic settings. After that...., well, the rest is up to you ;-)

You don't have to be a registered guest at the hotel to sit or dine here - but keep in mind, meals are rather on the expensive side, but believe me, it's worth it. (I had the best vodka martini I've ever had in years here!! ) ;-)

Congratulations and my best wishes.
