Hello

Can anyone advise the best way to obtain tickets for games at Fenway and if they are generally easy to come by.

Many thanks

Any game vs the Yankees, Baltimore or Toronto and or when Pedro, Shilling and Lowe will be pitching will be sold out and scalpers will be sending thier kids to college with the profits.

The Sox have the league record for consecutive regular season home game sell outs with something like 65 games.

So the long and short of it is you'll either have to sleep on the sidewalk or buy from a scalper when in town.

You can also buy from a ticket broker like www.stubhub.com or on ebay.

I work in sales in Boston and have used the company below for many last minute tickets:

Yep, I've heard how difficult it can be to get tickets for BoSox games. One of my best friends (scuba_girl) moved there last November and is a baseball fan (still has a Giants season ticket back here in SF). Anyway -- you can always try the team's website to see if any tickets are available for a particular game:

There aren't a lot of tickets left, so you should move fast and purchase online at http://boston.redsox.mlb.com/NASApp/mlb/bos/ticketing/bos_ticketing_info.jsp ASAP.

Up until last year, they used to hold off on selling some bleacher seats and standing room tickets until game day, but I've heard they don't do that anymore, unfortunately.

Hey, I just happened to walk by Fenway this evening while a game was about to start and there was no shortage of scalpers selling tickets. It is technically illegal to buy or sell scalped tickets, but there were no shortage of police around and they were all completely ignoring what was going on. No idea what the scalpers charge. No doubt it's at least an arm & a leg.
