Sheraton Buenos Aires?
Posted: Mon April 12, 2004 03:51 AM UTC
I am coming to stay for a week in Buenos Aires. I am staying at the Sheraton in downtown. Is it a nice location, hotel, ect.. How far is the casino from the hotel and do they play holdem poker?

Thanks,

Bofratt

The sheraton is quite good located. The casino is close... because it is by the riverside.

Good luck!

You have 2 Sheraton Hotel in Down Town, one is in Retiro and the other is in Cordoba and Maipu...Both are well located, in touristic areas and close from everything, like Casino in Puerto Madero.....

As others said, both hotels are pretty centric - the Sheraton Hotel and Towers is right across the Retiro train station which I find a little bit less desirable than the Sheraton Libertador, which is on Avenida Cordoba near Florida and Galerias Pacifico.

I stayed at the Libertador about 3 years ago and was pleasantly impressed, service was flawless. The Sheraton Hotel & Towers is more of a convention hotel, but it's undergone a recent renovation and is also very nice...

Cheers
Marcelo
