We are going to Easter Island in early June. Has anyone been there at that time? What is the best hotel?

Depends what you mean by best hotel. The Hanga Roa is probably the biggest and most well known, and probably has the most stars, but it is pretty soulless place from what I saw of it. If I was you I would stay in accommodation provided by locals (a small place). People are extremely friendly out there, and you will get a lot more out of your stay that way. I mention just such a place in my tips...
