| St. John's | accomomdations in St. John's, NL Posted: Sun April 4, 2004 04:41 PM UTC
My husband and I and our four children, ages 7, 11, 13, and 15 are going to St. John's, NL for a week this summer. We're trying to find a place to sleep 6 people that won't cost us an arm and a leg. Also, if you know of any places to go to interest 4 children. Thanks for any help.

You should be able to find a B&B for you all that wont dent the pocket too much.
When you go up Signal Hill (you cant miss it) there is an underground geological exhibit that the kids should enjoy. Also, you can get info there on the Fluvarium, an underwater exhibit. Not to mention whale watching outings.. My 5 year old just wanted to look at the European trawlers lined up at the port...:) go figure. Hope this helps.

Holyrood is not all that far from St. John's from what I understand.. Comerford's has suites that sound like they will meet your needs. oceanviewefficiencyunits.com
I have not stayed there yet.. but the people seem very pleasant and rates seem reasonable.
