I've been told Tiandu Feng (Celestial Peak) is closed. Does anyone know why (and whether it is still doable)?

A disastrous fire caused by a cigarette stub damaged Tiandu Feng seriously several yeas ago. After that accident, the peak had to be closed for the regeneration of the plants, trees, and the whole environment. In addition, the autuorities are taking this as routine to rest the peaks for years one after another to better keep the environment.
