Has anyone out there been to Certaldo?
What was your impressions and how long were you there? We will be there for 10 nights at the end of April 2004. |

its great, been there many times, great location easy to get to Floville and Siena, also great walk (about 3 hours) you can do from Certaldo to San Gimignano. You will love it! 30 minute train ride to Siena.

Thanks Mario. Finally found Certaldo mentioned in a few travel books, also favorably as a pleasant little town. We are staying in the Certaldo Alto part of it in a nice apartment with some friends, and will take days trips out by car.
