I plan to visit Beijing in April & pay a trip there to Harbin & Yabuli for skiing, can anyone advise me how is the snow condition during that period??? worth to pay a visit there??

The whole country will be warmed up during that period. The snow will be soon melted and it will just disappoint you if you just want to try skiing in Harbin.
