Hi!
I visited Uglegorsk once in my life and i don't think that this small town of miners in a very interesting place to go sightseeing. It is situated in estern part of Ukraine, Donetsk region. You may get there from Kiev to Donetsk and then by bus or train to Uglegorsk. best regards, julia
