Sounds like a great food.... its almost the same in Israel... but here we also have Mcdonalds, Burget King, Pizza Hut and things like that...

Ohaa,
I am living there and didn't know about all that pizzas and fast foods. why dodn't you just go to bazar and buy some local (real) food of meat, potato and chorba? It is amazing. And we don't need all that nonsence like burger king KFC McD. Turkmenistan is well preserved against globalizm and I like it as it is.
