Can anyone please help me? I'm trying to find the above places and I think they are in the Corinthia area. (or near Patras my Greek geography is terrible!). Its quite urgent so please email me at selenamartine@hotmail.com if you can either help me out or point me in the direction of a relevant link!

Vasiliko and Haikali (not Haikari) are about 15-20 km south of Patra. Take the road to Ovria and Tripoli and turn to the right. I don't know about Ayios Stefanos (although i have the same name !!!)

Ayios Stefanos is the region of the Jail of Patra (east of Haikali). There is a faster road to go there. Take the road to Tsoukaleika village and soon after it turn left. Stefanos
