turkish restaurant? i am not sure if you find any restaurant, but here is one tiny place, which miht be still opened:

I don't know if you interested only in turkish cuisine or any of Middle East cooking. There is also another Eastern caffe in Kaunas. It is called Al Diwani and it is near the railway station. I can't say the exact address, but the caffe is at the beggining of Girstupio street, just across the railway station. Have a nice time in Kaunas Remi

In fact, the exact name of that little restaurant-bar in Laisves is RYTIETISKAS KIEMELIS.
You can also smoke KALIAN there.."narguilée" in french.
