Is there are any places, like pubs and clubs or bars near Faro etc for a group of 20 year olds to go to?
We want to have a relaxing holiday, but also have a bit of fun, sometimes. |

Hello there!
Well, Faro is not the best or even the prettiest town to visit in Algarve. Try to go to Lagos, and if you really want fun go to Albufeira. This is for the summer time, of course. During winter... I dont really know.If you want peace, go to Tavira. It's small, wonderfull, and also has a disco or two. Be carefull anywhere in Algarve. The whole region has turned into a tourist area. Make sure you're asked the fair prices. Have fun!

Hello.Well im from Faro and yes Faro have a few bars and clubs nothing like places like Albufeira,Praia da Rocha or Lagos also in Faro the nightlife is resumed to 4 days wednesday,thursday,friday and saturday and that depends the time of the year that you go.its very lively till the end of May as Faro got one big university student population and they organize loads of parties.The bars are mostly situated in Rua do prior(famous as rua do crime).In the summer people head for Faro beach Albufeira Praia da Rocha or Lagos.If you need any more information just contact me.
