Hi... I will b going to Beijing on the 2nd week of March and plan to drop by at Harbin for 2 days. Will i still be able to see all those marvellous ice scrupture and the ice lantern? That is our main purpose in visiting Harbin. What will the temp. b like then?
Will appreciate any feedback. Thanks. |

Go to Harbin first if you can. You'll be lucky to still see ice sculptures later than the 2nd week of March. The best time to go to Harbin for the festival is during January and February.
