Monaco basically is a city. Do you mean Europe as a whole?

In Monaco itself the casino is worth a vist if you want to try your luck and it also has pleasent gardens.
If you are lucky was we were they had a car rally going on (not "THE" car rally). Also the old part of Monaco on the headland is lovely, with a palace, changing of the guards, cathedral, great views.

My favourite place in Monaco is the Oceanographic Museum / Aquarium. It's near the palace and gthe cathedral. Also worth a look is the Jardin Exotique, if you like plants. The Trophee des Alpes, a large Roman monument is at La Turbie in France, just a few km outside the principality's boundaries. The casino is a nice building - dress smart if you want to get in. Take heaps of cash if you want to play.
