What type of transpo do I take to go to Delaware from NYC? Do you have a website where I can check out the schedules?

Flying wouldn't do you much good, as there are no commercial airports in Delaware (unless you are thinking of chartering your own plane).

The big question is where in DE you want to go. It is quite simple to get to Wilmington, which is the biggest city in Delaware, in the northernmost part of the state. There are bus routes on Greyhound and the low-cost bus services, and train routes on Amtrak (fast and more expensive) or a combination of NJ Transit and SEPTA (slow and cheap).

If you want to get to other destinations in Delaware, like the beach, it is another story. Let us know where you are going.

You can get to Wilmington on the train from NYC, and there are some buses, but Delaware is very underserved by public transport.
