Please can you tell me if it is possible to get the bus or metro from Guarulhos Airport to Novotel Sao Paulo Jaragua?

its far, but only taken taxis there. best if no one comes along with fresh information is to ask the hotel directly.

You can take The Airport bus from Guarulhos to Praca da Republica, and from there a taxi for a very short distance to your hotel. The airport services runs approximately every 30 minutes. You will find an office located near the bus stop that will sell you a ticket. Here is the web site
