Air China

I'm going to book a flight through Air China for travel in May (set date). The price right now is about $415CDN. Since I'm not familiar with Air China, I was wondering if anyone knows if the prices generally tend to stay the same as the travel date approaches, or changes significantly, either higher or lower. Obviously airline ticket costs aren't predictable, but I thought someone more familliar with this airline might have an idea. Just trying to decide if I should book now or wait and be able to save some money!

with talk of price increases due to fuel costs I would be tempted to buy now and be sure of the price. I would expect the price to be higher rather than lower as you get closer for an International flight by Air China.

I also would vote Yes get your ticket now. Also, I have flown Air China several times and was quite pleased with the planes, service and food.

I usually check and book my china domestic flights thru www.elong.net . It really give you the best rate of airfare of all the china airlines. They will give you e-ticket after you booked. The rate will be higher as it is closer to your departure date.
