Photos Used? Posted: Fri January 27, 2012 08:03 PM UTC
The new way of uploading photos is wonderful but it has completely thrown awry my system of figuring out whether I have used a photo before or not. I really don't like using a photo more than once unless it is a specially spectacular one and shows more than one thing to be noted.
If I upload the photos to the photo library, and then use them from there, they are marked used. But if I upload those same photos from the computer, they are not listed in the photo library as used.
Example. I have over 800 photos uploaded for Bermuda that range in date from 1963 to 2011. I can't look at them all at once as there are too many - I have to add 100 at a time to the page. Now I can't organize them in any way. I can organize the photo library by name, but not the photos for Bermuda. I want to be sure that the photos from 1963 and 1995 are appropriately displayed with the newer ones from 2004, 2007 and 2011, and than none of them are left out and none are duplicated that don't need to be.
Is there any way of getting those photos that I uploaded from the computer into the Photo Library for Bermuda without uploading them to the library, deleting them from the tip or travelogue or what-have-you and then adding from the library?
