Hi,
imo, the best way is flying. Because KK is at the island of Borneo and the other cities are at Asia continent. There is South China Sea separate those land. So you must using flight to cross it.
Once you are in Bangkok, you can use land transportation to Cambodia and Vietnam. However, since you only have 6 days, the best way to do your plan is flying.
I can't figure the cost for this trip, but I suggest you to visit airasia.com to get information about it.
I hope this help you.
Enjoy travel

I would remind you you can't go to all those places in six days. None of those has direct flight to/from KK, anyway each flight takes hours, you should be at airport qute a few before the flight, more in advance with AirAsia, you should arrive to and leave from each airport and the flight itself it takes time, ie Kota-Kinabalu to Kuala-Lumpur it's 2h30m.

Four countries in 6 days in Asia is not impossible, but only if you want to spend practically all your time at airports or catching flights! I suggest you to choose just 2, so you can spend at least 2-3 days in each and have a feel of the place rather than just a blur. Depends too on what you want to see -- you want a big modern city feel? then choose bangkok. if you want a more laid-back place but with culture, choose hanoi. you didn't say where in cambodia, but i assume its Phnom Penh, as Siem Reap and other places would be out of the question if you don't have time. i suggest cambodia for another time -- the worthy places to visit, even in Phnom Penh will require you to stay longer.

Good Luck seeing those countries in 6 days.. No chance.. I was in KK recently and like a previous poster said you must only want to see the aiports of these countries..
I would leave Cambodia and Vietnam out as they are a seperate trip in itself..
Anyway enjoy if you do get to see the 6 countries

I would agree with others, 6 days to spend them on airport is throwing away money and time. Why insted not spending more time in region alone, apart of KK there are whole lots of other places to see in Borneo, which you even cannot cover all in 6 days. We spent 3 or so weeks some years ago and didn't see everything. If you need to include a foreign country to your 'list', then why wouldn't you go to see Brunei, which is near? You may as well add a little of Sarawak, but then again, Sabah has enough sites to entertain a traveller in those 6 days, really.
Have a little look on the web sites to see what you can do there.
But choice is always yours of course, so best luck with whatever you choose,
v.
