Martial Arts in/near Copacabana and travel buddies for January 21 for 3 weeks!

Hello all

I'm of to Rio again, been three times, but last time was about ten years ago. Apparently its quite expensive now...should be interesting to see.

Anyway, I am looking to continue with martial arts training like Muay Thai and was wondering if anyone knew of any gyms in the area where I could take classes or train.

I am going for nearly 3 weeks from 21 January, so if anyone else is in the area, it would be great to meet up.

For Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, you could try one of the Gracie academies, or in Lagoa, the academy my carioca jiu jitsu teacher friend recommends for foreign visitors, Top Team.
