I am flying from London Stansted to Charleroi with Ryan Air. I noticed I can take a Ryan Air bus to Brussels. Has anyone ever done that and how far is it from Brussels to Antwerpen

The Ryanair bus costs 10€ to get to Brussels Midi Station. ( 45 min - 1 hour)
From Brussels you can take a train to Antwerp, which takes about 50 min- 1 hour depending on which train.

I think your best option would be to buy a bulk-ticket at the Ryanair desk in Charleroi Airport. For 10€ you can take the city bus nr 68 to the central station of Charleroi. And from there on a train to Antwerp. It's a direct train during weekdays and it takes about 1h30.
The 10€ is for the bus+ the train and will be much cheaper than the Ryanair bus.

They made me buy seperate tickets for the bus to Charleroi station (1.65 euros) + the ticket to Antwerp extra when I asked them for the fastest and cheapest way to Antwerp!!! It came to more than the combi ticket!!! Wish you were there on duty at the airport on that day!!! HAHAHA!!! It sure is faster by the bus to the Charleroi railway station and then to Antwerpen Centraal by direct train than taking the bus to Brussels and then taking the train to Antwerp!!!
