This will give you times.
Price one way at normal (TCV) tariff is about 62,- which is what you pay if you buy this at the station in Ljubljana. You might end up paying less.

About 6 hours, you have to change in Salzburg, maybe also in Villach.

Oebb is testing in the moment a new price system, with online booking (no change of selected train) you can get Villach to Linz for € 19, Ljubljana to Linz € 29
