Best sushi restaurant near Karasuma-Oike? Also Soba restaurant?

Within a 4-5 block walk any direction from that cross-street.

By best I mean fresh, clean and good at what they do.

believe me, you want to eat many other japanese dishes in japan..sushi is not unimportant, but there are so many excellent things..
you should also try okonomiyaki, takoyaki, etc.


btw, too bad you didnt get to restaurant kuhinja in belgrade, the best. :=)

Oh I know that and I WILL eat many things:) I just was asking for sushi specifically in this post.

Any Kyoto sushi mavens out there?
