You can sure do that there, just watch it with the local drivers (kinda mid' east drivers), and remember they drive in the opposite ways like in England.

Insist on a crash helmet, it is the law but nobody seems to bother. Also check you insurance. Otherwise, no problen renting a motorcycle. There are so many to choose from.
