Depends on your budget. Ghion Hotel is beautifully located at Tana Lake with bungalows in a very pretty garden, although last time I was there (2009) the rooms were definately not in best shape. Single (i.e. double used as single) was at that time around 100-120 Birr which is about 8 USD with current exchange rate, but price might have risen.
