Ethiopia	Addis Ababa to Hargeisa with a local Addis Taxi. You want someone to drive you 400 miles in 2 days (one way) across really poor roads, get a visa and required currency exchange at the border for £30?

You are looking at $300 if you are good at negotiating....

Daallo Airlines and Ethiopian fly there. You would need to ring their Addis Offices for schedules. They speak English. You can also fly to Harar form Addis on Ethiopian, although its a long taxi rids to town from the airport.
