We did not try any of the TNNP trails as we were short of time as we were on our way to Gros Morne NP.
But we did spend a couple of hours in the Terra Nova Visiter Centre. It is pretty cool as they have a hands-on salt-water tank where you can touch clams, starfish, and other local waterlife. Make sure you have enough time to include a stop at that visitor centre while you are there.
