As part of a tour of Eastern Europe sarting in April this year, I want to visit Plovdiv. When is the weather warm and dry ???????

hi, the wheather is warm, but not so dry in the summer period (July-August).
In April is ok, but for some years it has been cold for a spring period.

Hi there-
April should be pretty rainy, though it will begin warming up then. May will have warm days definitely. Umbrellas are cheap, and all the street stalls sell them in case you leave home without it...about 3 leva (about $1.50 US).

Normaly we have suny and warm days sometimes it rains , it is April not real summer yet ..
