I am looking for any suggestions for a decent and fairly inexspensive hotel (or motel) in the heart of the town of Jackson. We actually don't ski and we'll just be passing through for a night or two but we would still like something in the heart of the town. Any help would be great. Thanks...

Inexpensive can be a little vague, especially for Jackson. Lodging in Jackson could be any where from $40-$1000 or more a night. A decent place downtown with some newly nice sized remodeled rooms is the Ranch Inn. www.ranchinn.com i think rooms might start at around $80 per night. Enjoy, there are many nice restaurants in Jackson also.
