Yes it is posible, you will pay small additional charge, and they will put them in the goods carriage.
Make sure they are properly secured and you do not have loose parts what can be stolen, like the seat or easy detechable front weel.
You will need to change train/take bus from Larisa to Kalambaka, so be prepared for change.
The train you need is Athens-Tessaloniki one and change or get out at Larisa. If you have to change to bus to Kalambaka for Meteora Monasteries, than chek the KETEL bus wesite:

... but some trains, especially the Express (Intercity) trains, do not have a luggage car, so you will have to use slower trains. Many years ago in the train they removed the gasoline of my motorbike (for security reasons) and I was not notified for this. So on my arrival I had to push and find gas. I am afraid buses do not accept bikes.

hi,
in order to reach Kalambaka from Athnes by train, you will have to catch the train to Thessaloniki and change at Paleofarsalo (scheduled once a day if i am not mistaken).
Best thing to do about the bikes is call the train company (OSE) on 1110 (you have to dial from within Greece) and ask. And make sure you specify whether you are talking about bicycles or motorbikes.

correction: now that I think of it, there must also be a train linking the two cities directly, so make sure you call them and ask about everything.
