Easy it depends what you are used to? Is 10 hours drive is easy for you? How about winter conditions, snow and ice?

I agree with Gili on the main. But if your question is more about "civilized conditions" then I can add that the roads are well-built and straight forward, with several possible routes to chose from.

Choose a route avoiding the mountains, where snow and ice may be a particular problem. But weather forecasts say there will be little snow this winter. If they prove to be true is another matter. Make sure you have winter tyres, just in case.
