Is there a website that shows the tram and bus routes for for Haarlem?

Yup, there is but it is only written in Dutch (www.ovr.nl).

Or www.connexxion.nl or www.9292ov.nl.

But indeed only in dutch. On the last mentioned site is a routeplanner.

Sometimes I ask myself why I go to all that trouble to find out which busses are running in a town. My http://www.virtualtourist.com/m/2f01c/7095e/9/ transportation tip gives an overview of all busses (there are no trams anymore in Haarlem) in the area. This info can also be found at http://www.connexxion-noordwest.nl/ (select: lijnen in de regio).

I understand the connexxion site is not that user-friendly (Dutch only and you have to know what you are looking for).

Yes PJ, if you could, my brother and I will need to travel from the Haarlem Train/Bus station to Leendert Meeszstraat in Haarlem.

Or from Schiphol to Leendert Meeszstraat.

Thanks to all the information from you and many others I know how to get to Haarlem from schiphol.

The www.9292ov.nl site came up with the following:

From Schiphol take the train the Haarlem Station (you have to change trains (all the info can be get at the Schiphol train station).
From the train station at Haarlem you go to the busstation in front and take the citybus 4 direction Schalkwijk.
Exit at De Ruijterweg; from there it's a 7 minute walk.

I looked at the websites you suggested. It seems to me that it might be beter to use one of these routes.

I'm not sure of the price though. Looks to be 4,60
from schiphol, is that correct? Can I use my strippenkart?
