Can anyone recommend an agency based on Phuket that does 2-3 day snorkeling trips to the Similan Islands at a reasonable price?

Hello. We are a local Phuket tour agency that can arrange your trip to Koh Similan. I give u some pack agealternatives as follows;

3 days/2 nights (dive) : US$ 290
3 days/2 nights (non dive) U$ 170

4 days/3 nights (dive) : US$ 367
4 days/3 nights (non dive) US$ 200

Dive equipent only US$ 20 per package!

4 meals per day incl. in all packages. This is a 'live aboard' package, so you don't have to waste so much time going back and forth between your hotel and Similan every day.

The boat to Similan go very early in the morning, so you need to spend your first night in Phuket, with a transfer from your hotel to the pier next morning.
