Nothing in West Side Santa Monica is uptight. Stylish jeans and shoes with a top are about as dressed up as it gets in LA spots.

This is LA; almost anything goes. Don't worry about it and if you're going to do a lot of walking, wear comfortable shoes. Jeans are okay nearly anyplace these days.
