Sintra Shop in Sintra Portugal

I purchased goods in June when visiting beautiful Sintra, Portugal. The name of the shop is Cintra Antiga. I STILL have not received them. Is this typical? I have a few telephone numbers but none work! Any suggestions short of having my purchase credited on my credit card? I REALLY want the goods!

Only suggestion i have is to make sure you are dialing the phone nr the right way.
Can you post phone nr you have here ?

Sintra Help: Shop in Sintra Portugal

My name is Tony. I also bought items from Cintra Antiga. The tiles were to be shipped to me. It's been a few months and nothing.

The shop telephone number is 923 57 01.

Can anyone help.

you must dial the international number (00351) and the 21 before the number you have

I also made a purchase at Espaco D'Arte in February and have heard nothing even after writing them a letter. I just emailed the consumer Institute for help.
