i'm here in US,plan a vacation in the PHILIPPINES.stop over in hongkong 4days.do i need to go china consulate?i'am filipino national.

If you're holding on to a Philippine passport, no need to secure a Chinese visa for HK. You can stay upto a max of 14 days visa-free.
