Open up:
http://journeyplanner.tfl.gov.uk
For the START put in ROYAL VICTORIA DLR STATION and for Kings X station put in
KING'S CROSS RAIL STATION then choose your date and time of travel.
best to use this planner near the time as it will show any disruption or engineering works.

This website will tell you if escalators are available at the stations you are traveling through. I found that manageing luggage through the tube is a real struggle if you don't plan your route to match the lifts and escalators available.
